Digital positioning and offer structure for a care service
A new local service offering that needs explaining and whose purchase decision is often made by relatives. The first task was structuring the offer and making it understandable – the digital presence is the visible result.

Entry point: service, location and the next step are visible without scrolling. Mobile view – most of this research happens on the move.

The most frequent question from first contact – answered up front, including a note on individual eligibility.
Starting situation
A new local service offering needed professional digital positioning and a clear presentation of what it actually provides. The service needs explaining: it ranges from household help and shopping to accompaniment and leisure activities, and it touches a question almost every prospect asks – what part of it can be billed through the German long-term care insurance. On top of that the decision is rarely made alone: relatives often research, compare providers and make first contact.
Objective
Create a trustworthy digital presence that explains the services clearly, supports local findability and guides prospects quickly to the right contact channel – without overwhelming the audience with jargon or advertising language.
Solution
The starting point was positioning: who decides, which questions do they ask, and in which order? From that came an information architecture with clearly separated areas – services, billing via care insurance, how the collaboration works, who it is for, and contact. Each area answers exactly one question instead of crowding everything onto a single page. The digital presence is built on that structure, including local SEO fundamentals and a contact path that is reachable throughout.
Implementation
Billing via the care-insurance relief amount got its own area, because it comes up in every initial conversation anyway – answering it up front saves time on both sides and builds trust. The copy stays calm and factual; in this context restraint works better than advertising. Technically the focus was short loading times and mobile use, since a substantial share of this research happens on the move.
